1 - How should products be stored after drying?
Dried products must be stored away from air and light.
Normal preserving jars are perfect for this use and can be filled with the freshly dried products, closed tightly and put away.
In this way the dried products will not reabsorb humidity from the air or deteriorate in the sunlight.
